My journey began with a desire to make a difference, grounded in understanding the connection between substance use and mental health. Once dreaming of being a teacher who helped students feel valued and seen, my mission of inclusivity has evolved into creating that space in mental wellness. As a therapist at Jersey Medical Care, I work to create a safe space where clients can rediscover themselves and feel genuinely supported. For me, therapy is about transformation—witnessing clients regain their sense of purpose and light. Outside of sessions, I find joy in music and live concerts, where energy and connection resonate with the journeys we all take. My hope is to help each client find their own sources of meaning, connection, and joy.
