Our Story
Our story begins with our founder, Dr. Vorobyev, whose fascination with the human mind started at just four years old. Growing up in a family of dedicated doctors, he was inspired by their unwavering compassion and commitment to care. His journey in psychiatry exposed him to the vital need for empathy and understanding, particularly within the often-impersonal hospital environment.
In 2004, driven by his vision for a more compassionate approach to mental health care, Dr. Vorobyev established Jersey Medical Care in Matawan, NJ. Over the years, our family-operated practice has expanded, bringing together a diverse team of mental health therapists, nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, all dedicated to holistic, inclusive care.
We’ve since expanded into New York with Pennsylvania, Florida, and Delaware on the horizon.
