Gabrielle Forbes, LSW
About Provider
Gabrielle is a licensed social worker who brings warmth, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s story to her work with kids and adults. She understands that reaching out for support can be one of the hardest, and bravest steps you take, especially when things feel heavy or uncertain.
Gabrielle creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can begin to explore what healing looks like for them. Whether you're navigating anxiety, recovery, life transitions, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, Gabrielle walks alongside you—at your pace, and on your terms.
She holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Saint Peter’s University, with additional training in substance use and addiction recovery. In both 1:1 and group settings, Gabrielle helps clients build coping tools, connect with their strengths, and move towards change with clarity and self-compassion. At the heart of her work is a belief that you are not alone.
