Amy Mader, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who brings a thoughtful, creative, and trauma-informed approach to individual therapy for adolescents and adults. Amy has experience working in outpatient and school-based mental health settings and is skilled in conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
While Amy collaborates with families, schools, and care teams when appropriate to support client progress, her clinical work focuses on individual therapy in a supportive, client-centered environment. She is experienced in crisis assessment, safety planning, and coordination of care, and values clear communication and consistency as part of the therapeutic process.
Amy earned her Master of Social Work from Monmouth University, where she was awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History. Her professional interests include social justice, human rights, and the healing role of creativity. Amy believes therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
